I was saying last night that we could rename the positions in pair to make it easier to explain. Your primarys are called the strong cuts. They still decide who cuts first. The first secondary is the weak cut. The second secondary is the follower. So the strong have two, the weak is one, and the follower follows the disk. I think that it is easier to go by this then the other way. "The first primary makes the fist cut on the primary's primary choice and who cuts first is primarily basic on the primary setup of the defence, the first secondary cuts oppisite the primary's primary choice, then the second primary makes the cut base on the primary's primary decison which is based not the primary setup of the defence. The second secondary make a primary decison to follow the disk which is thrown base on the primary instinct of the handler who can throw to the primary or secondary." Simple.
